Private One on One

This 50-minute session is fully customized to meet the unique needs of your body. Each session focuses on building strength, improving alignment, and increasing flexibility. Private sessions are the most effective way to refine your technique, develop new skills, and deepen your understanding of how your body moves.

Duet Sessions

These 50-minute sessions are designed for up to two individuals, making them a great option for couples, friends, or anyone looking to move together. Jessie can also pair you with another client for a more cost-effective experience, while still receiving personalized attention and support.

Virtual Sessions

Jessie offers virtual Pilates sessions that bring personalized movement to you—wherever you are. Whether you have a full home studio or just a mat, she’ll design a challenging, effective workout tailored to your space and needs. Sessions include real-time feedback and form corrections, and are available for individuals or small groups.
